Description: This is an image of a bronze sculpture of a cowboy sitting on top of a horse. The horse is facing to the left and has its head in a relaxed manner with the back hoof closest to the viewer cocked. The cowboy sitting on top of the horse in wearing chaps, a jacket, and a cowboy hat. He has his hand placed on the horse's back hip and is slightly twisted in the saddle while he looks at something behind the horse. The horse and cowboy stand upon a square stand also made from bronze. At the top of the stand is text that reads, "ALWAYS FINISH WHAT YOU START". In the middle of the stand are the letters "C" and "N" and at the bottom of the stand is text that reads, "PROTECT AND HELP THE WEAK".
