This retable is an altarpiece thought to be a major piece of work from the Master of Rousillon, the anonymous artist which the item is attributed to. In it, Saint Andrew sits in the center of the middle panel holding a cross, with scenes of his life depicted in the flanking panels. Directly above him is a panel of the Virgin Mary and Jesus Christ, and below him the predella has six panels, the last of which has been lost. Gilding lines each panel, accentuating the scenes and figures.
