Dr. Hammersley was very quick to respond to my concerns and needs in regards to this coarse. Always provided positive feedback regarding this practicum.

Being able to get credit for work in the field is a great benefit. This has reinforced my interest in pursuing my degree in PRM. Thanks.

the class should be held at another time instead of 8am. I don't have a problem getting up however many other students did which caused the course to be more challenging than it needed to be. Also Chuck is pretty intense at 8am. Nobody needs to deal with that twice a week at 8am!!! would you? I didn't think so or maybe you just don't know chuck hammersley. The class was fun and exciting and all the hard work was worth it in the end.

a great class! t is an invaluable experience for rec majors.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chuck is an awesome instructor I would highly highly highly recommend this course to others, and I think we have the best instructors in the nation for Parks and Rec.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Thank you for the class, it was very fun and educational.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Great Class! Will be in it or Volunteer next time

needs to not be a little nicer, when things are perfect.

Great Class!

I believe that I attached this coarse comments to one of the prior coarse evaluations, sorry. I would have enjoyed this coarse more if it weren't a junior writing coarse and involved more instruction on wildland recreation management. Dr. Hammersley did a great job of sharing information and returning my e-mails in a timely fashion.

Mr. Hammersley is totally knowledgable in this field. He also is willing to help a student out with extra help and is a joy to take classes from.

I learned so much through this classes hands-on approach. I probably would learn alot more if I read the modules a little harder. I loved the planning process and was facinated by all the steps. Not only did I learn alot about facilities and designing them, but the cultures that go with them. Thanks for making this class so interesting for me Chuck!

Chuck is wonderful!

Excellent professor and I enjoy his classes immensely even though the classes are not required for my major.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This was a well designed class. Dr. Hammersley was very quick to respond to my needs and concerns.

As an older working/parent student this class allows me to continue my education at my convenience. Having a sample of the final project available helped visually understand what was expected. Thank you.

This was the most comprehensive class that I have taken at NAU. The term project was so in-depth that I felt as though I was actually a recreation director at a municipal facility. Compared to some of the other classes that I have taken in the PRM program, I felt that this class built upon the basic ideas covered in the lower-division classes and required students to exercise reasoning and skills to construct their project. The textbook was fantastic at giving examples and clear information about the various subject areas. (I'll admit that as much as I stressed about the term project, and as much as I complained about it, I felt as though I had truly learned something that would be beneficial in the future upon completion of the term project.)

Excellent class. challenging, important and relevant to my career.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Chuck Hammersley is one of the best teachers I have ever had. In the 9 months that I've been here I've learned more from him than I had in the previous 3 years of college combined.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
I do not learn well in web-enhanced courses.

I reccomend that each person or group meet with Chuck at least once for the research project and that there should be more distinct deadlines or even step by step deadlines for the project.
