Family
My wife Alicia is a microbial ecologist studying effects of climate changes in soil microbioms in different environments including Antarctica. She is currently a post-doctoral research associate at Texas Tech University (working at NAU labs). We have a daughter (Nomi) and a son (Koby).

My Name
I have been asked many times what the correct pronunciation of my name is. So here it goes: Soo-deep-toe Mol-lick. Meaning of Sudipta (সুদীপ্ত) is well (su সু) enlightened (dipta দীপ্ত).
