Game Previews
Something that is really important to keeping attendance high in the Sky Dome,game previews are created. Game previews for NAU can be found posted around campus, on buliten boards, scattered in buildings throughout campus, published in the publications, etc. The reason I chose these game previews is because these are the seasons surrounding the conference championship title in 1978. Attendance is always higher for sporting teams if the team is having a successful season or are a strong team. With playing college sports, it is normal for atheltes to play for the same college for either four or five years.
Over the years of NAU's football program, the universities students have been creating game previews. I think it is really interesting to see the changes in design over the years. Also, some of the colleges NAU played 30 years ago, NAU does not play them today because of conference boundaries, so some of these match-ups will never be recreated.
