About the Curator
Hello!
My name is Shenai Beyale. I’m a senior undergraduate at Northern Arizona University pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in English with minors in humanities and studio art. I curated this exhibit over the course of a couple months for my digital humanities class. When approaching this project, I chose to focus on the ancient Greek poet Sappho as someone with an interest in the poet herself, as well as art, literature, and their respective histories. I am also passionate about archives and information science. After I graduate from NAU in Spring 2026, it is my intention to pursue a Master of Library and Information Science to build a career in this field.
